Prime congruence base --- Introduction ---

Prime congruence base is a simple exercise on elementary number theory, asking you to find a prime number for the base of a congruence relation. (The good reply is not unique.)

In order to go work on the exercise, you can pick up the number of digits in the integers concerned by this congruence relation:

5   6   8   10   12   15   20
